The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is required to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Inquiry by e-mail

E-mail delivery (Resend)
For the delivery of transactional e-mails (e.g. confirmations after a purchase) we use the Resend service.

Embedded videos (Vimeo)
On some pages we embed videos from the provider Vimeo. If you access a page with an embedded video or play the video, a connection is established with the servers of Vimeo. Vimeo is informed which page you have visited. In addition, Vimeo receives your IP address.

Videos are only loaded after you actively click the play button – there is no automatic loading of Vimeo content when the page is accessed. We use Vimeo with the Do-Not-Track parameter (dnt=1) enabled, to minimize tracking by Vimeo. The integration is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our content). Since Vimeo is based in the USA, data is transferred to a third country. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Payment processing (Digistore24)
For the sale of digital products (courses, programs) we use the Digistore24 platform. When you click a purchase button, you are redirected to the Digistore24 order page. Digistore24 acts as an independent seller (reseller) and processes your payment and order data under its own responsibility.

For hosting video content (expert talks), we use the Bunny.net service.

Videos are only loaded after you actively click. Bunny.net processes your IP address and technical access data. Data processing takes place within the EU. The integration is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Video usage tracking
If you have registered for our expert talks and watch a talk, we store your progress (e.g. 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% watched). This allows us to send you relevant follow-up content and product recommendations by e-mail.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent via opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our e-mails.
5. Social media
On our website there are links to our social media profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are simple hyperlinks (no social plugins or embeds). When you click on these links, you are redirected to the external platform. Only after the click does the respective provider become aware of your visit.

6. Fonts
This website uses the fonts "Playfair Display" and "Inter", which are hosted locally on the web server and served via the Next.js font optimization. When a page is accessed, no connections are made to external servers (e.g. Google). No personal data is transmitted to third parties.

We have concluded data processing agreements (DPAs) with the following providers in order to ensure compliant handling of your personal data:

8. Data transfer to third countries
Our hosting server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. For e-mail delivery (Resend) and embedded videos (Vimeo), personal data is transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR). Details can be found in the respective sections of this privacy policy.
9. Automated decision-making
Automated decision-making, including profiling according to Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place on this website.
10. Currency of this privacy policy
