From sport to a deeper question
After my sports studies, I trained in psycho-neuro-immunology. Not because theory fascinated me, but because I wanted to understand how the human being functions – on a level that goes deeper than calories and repetitions.
It all began with sport. Movement was my access to the world, ever since I was a teenager. I trained, I sought performance, I accompanied people in their training. And I was good at it.
But at some point a question would not let go of me: Why are so many people who do everything “right” – who train, who pay attention to their nutrition, who function – still not really there? Not really alive? Not really free?
The answer I found after more than twenty years is simple and at the same time radical: Because the body is not the goal. It is the entry point. The path goes through it – into the nervous system, into consciousness, into your whole being.
Health is the door. Consciousness is the room behind it.

From the body to clarity
Your foundation
Everything begins here. Your energy, your sleep, your focus – none of it is coincidence, it is biology. If your body does not have the raw materials it needs, no mindset in the world can compensate for that. The first step is honest looking: where do you really stand?
There are causes for fatigue, headaches, allergies, brain fog or lack of energy. The raw materials of your body are nutrients. And you can test these yourself with a blood test to see whether you are adequately supplied.
Your regulation
When the body is supplied, the next layer becomes visible. Your nervous system decides whether you are in safety or in chronic stress. Whether you can be present or only react. This is where the deeper work begins – and this is where it is decided whether change can truly take hold.
With nutrients it is similar to movement: without regularity there are no effects. If you want your body, your brain and your nervous system to perform fully, then it takes nutrients and the right balance.
Your freedom

It takes at least 120 days, and up to 10 years, for the roughly 50 trillion cells in your body to be optimally supplied. That is why you test again after 4 months, to see how your nutrient status has developed.

Good food remains the foundation
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise: no supplement in the world replaces conscious nutrition. Fresh food, real vegetables, good water – that is and remains the base.
But here comes the truth that is not clear to many people: today, this base is often no longer enough. The soils in which our vegetables grow are poorer than fifty years ago. Transport routes are longer. The stress in our everyday life consumes more nutrients than the stress our grandparents faced. And industrial processing often strips food of exactly what your body would need most urgently.
I don't say this to frighten you. I say it because I have experienced it myself. For years I ate well – and still my values were not where they should have been. Only when I started to really measure my body instead of only feeling it did the picture change.
That is why I do both: eat consciously. And supplement specifically, where nutrition alone is no longer enough.
What Omega-3 really does for you
You have probably heard of Omega-3. Do you know which tasks this nutrient has in your body and why it holds universal significance for your cell health?
Your body consists of around 50 trillion cells. Every single one has a cell membrane – and the flexibility of this membrane depends directly on your fatty acid balance. Omega-3 makes your cell membranes more permeable, more supple, more capable of functioning. Omega-6 – which is massively overrepresented in our modern diet – makes them rigid.
The ratio between these two fatty acids influences inflammatory processes in your body. DHA and EPA contribute to normal heart function and normal brain function. They play a role for your concentration and your emotional balance.
The optimal ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 is 3:1. The European average? Lies at 15:1. Some studies even speak of 20:1.
Studies show that an unbalanced fatty acid ratio can favour inflammatory processes. Many people feel this as tiredness, lack of concentration, or a diffuse sense of unease – without knowing the connections.
According to study data, 97% of Europeans have a suboptimal Omega-3 ratio. 97 percent. That is not a niche – that is a widespread deficit which affects many people without them knowing.
Understanding what your body really needs

The most important building block is DHA – a fatty acid that your body cannot produce itself. DHA is the main building block for your brain and nervous system. Plant-based Omega-3 sources such as linseed oil or walnuts do not supply DHA. Only fish, algae and seafood. The blind spot: sunflower oil – hidden in almost all processed foods – has an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 125:1.

Your body heals in sleep. Not in training, not in meditation – in sleep. Whoever wants to regulate their nervous system begins with the night. And whoever wants to sleep better has to give their body the building blocks it needs for regeneration. Magnesium, Omega-3, Vitamin D – the basics that most people lack.
